FAMILY LAW SOLCITOR 5 YEARS+ PAE

Taylor & Scott Lawyers (est 1894) are seeking to appoint a Senior Family Lawyer to develop and expand our family law section.

The successful applicant will possess maturity and compassion together with a wide range of skills, an in depth knowledge of all aspects of family law from initial advice to settlement.

Areas would include separation/divorce, property settlement, parenting orders, child support/maintenance and defacto relationship.

Skills in advocacy, advising, drafting as well as being a self starter are needed.

Position would suit lawyer with existing practice wanting to grow and expand client base.

Successful candidate will be expected to work from both our CBD and Lidcombe offices.
