About the firm: Our client is a highly regarded, multi-award winning, commercial law firm which is based in the social hub of Sydney's CBD. The firm is currently seeking to recruit an experienced Corporate / Commercial Partner who has a portable practice to join their dynamic and progressive practice.
About the role: As a Partner to the firms busy corporate practice, the successful candidate will be responsible for playing a pivotal role in continuing the growth and success of the practice. Leading a bright group of talented and top-tier trained professionals, this role will see you servicing a varied and large clientele in all areas of
- Commercial transactions
- Corporate structuring
- Debt and equity investments
- Mergers and acquisitions
- Corporate governance
- Trade practices compliance, and
About you: Our client is ideally seeking an experienced Corporate / Commercial Partner who has a portable practice and at least 8 years PQE. You will also possess an excellent academic record, exceptional communication, drafting and organisational abilities, as well as sound client building and management techniques. Your impressive experience gained from an established practice will see you go far with this role!
