Our client is a boutique Corporate firm which is based in the heart of Sydney's CBD. The firm is renowned for its specialist skills in transactional, advisory and litigation work. At present, a rare opportunity is available for an ambitious Corporate / Commercial Lawyer to join our clients growing practice.
In this role, the successful candidate will be working under the guidance and direction of two highly respected (ex top-tier) Partners of the firm. You will gain significant client exposure, whilst being involved in a broad mix of high end corporate work, together with other interesting and challenging transactional and advisory matters. This firm encompasses a supportive and collegiate working environment and they are set to go places!
In order to be considered for this great role, the successful candidate will ideally possess between 2 to 4 years PQE in corporate / commercial law, excellent communication and drafting skills, a strong academic record, the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients as well as a proven team approach.
