You will work on high value domestic and international transactions in an environment which suits those who have done their time in the top-tier and are ready to escape from the sausage factory.
Headed by a range of Australian Partners, you will find yourself in an environment that benefits enormously from a wide global network of offices and potential clients yet able to act autonomously and make their own decisions.
They currently seek those with proven experience of public and private M&A transactions, private equity and/or capital markets from the three year mark through to the senior associate level. On offer is a superb pipeline of high quality work, close working relationships with clients, market leading salaries and the benefits of a small, flat, independent structure.
