As the newest member to the firms thriving Corporate practice, the successful candidate will be involved in a wide array of challenging, interesting and high quality corporate transactions for a varied clientele. In order to be considered for this role, the successful candidate will ideally possess between 2 to 5 years PQE in Corporate law, solid academics, strong communication and drafting skills, the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients; as well as a proven team approach.
