There is currently an outstanding leadership opportunity for a Senior Employment Lawyer, ideally at Senior Associate level to come on board and join the firms Sydney CBD practice.
This role will see the successful candidate play a pivotal role in advising a large clientele on a range of challenging and interesting employment law matters, including
- Strategic workplace relations and planning matters
- Workplace policies
- OH&S
- Equal opportunity and anti-discrimination issues
- Employment issues arising out of corporate restructuring or divestment, and
- Industrial disputes
You will also be required to mentor and supervise the junior lawyers in your team.
Your 5+ years post qualification experience in employment relations, outstanding technical skills, strong academics and proven team approach will see you secure this great opportunity; not to mention your proven ability at building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
My client will entertain flexible working arrangements or lawyers who wish to work on a part-time basis.
