Our client is a growing mid-tier law firm that provides a full range of commercial law services to a broad spectrum of clients. Due to the thriving nature of this firm, they are currently looking to appoint an experienced Corporate / Commercial Lawyer to join their team in Sydney, with an immediate start available.
As the newest member to the firms very busy Corporate and Commercial practice, this role will see the successful candidate working alongside an experienced team of lawyers (including a highly respected Partner of the firm), whilst advising on a wide array of high quality corporate and commercial matters for an impressive private corporate & public sector clientele. Your strong client management skills will see you go far in this role.
In order to qualify for this outstanding role, the successful candidate will ideally possess
- At least 5 years PQE in corporate / commercial law
- Exceptional communication, drafting and analytical skills
- A solid team approach
- The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, as well as
- Strong academics
