Our client is a nationally recognised Australian law firm with clients and affiliates throughout Australia, Europe, the United States, Asia and the Pacific region. The firms clients in their insolvency practice include banks, financial institutions, creditors and various companies. At present, due to the firms continued success and growth, on offer is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Insolvency Senior Associate to join the firms thriving team located in the heart of Sydney's CBD.
As the newest member to the firms corporate recovery and insolvency practice, you will see yourself involved in a wide array of simple recovery matters to complex insolvency issues and litigation on matters pertaining to
- Administration and other voluntary arrangements
- Business and asset sales
- Liquidation & receivership
- Recovery actions
- Winding up and bankruptcy
You will also be responsible for supervising and mentoring ????? ????? from the firms insolvency practice. Your strong leadership skills will see you go far with this firm.
The successful candidate will ideally be an experienced Insolvency Senior Associate with at least 6 years PQE. You will possess excellent communication and drafting skills, business development skills will also be taken as a given, as will your sharp attention to detail.
