As the newest member to the firms reputed commercial practice which is made up of a group of highly regarded and talented professionals, the successful candidate will be engaged in a diverse array of challenging, interesting and high quality intellectual property matters for a large clientele. The team which you will join has proven expertise in the areas of:
- Copyrights
- The divestment and acquisition of IP and IT assets
- E-commerce
- Patents
- Software development, licence, distribution; as well as
- Structuring, negotiating and implementing technology joint ventures
Our client is ideally seeking candidates who possess between 4 to 6 years PQE in providing trademarks, copyright and other IP advice to large commercial organisations; Australian law experience ideally gained from a top-tier practice; commercial drafting experience; excellent academics; a proven team and autonomous approach; along with a high attention to detail.
