Our client is a prominent Sydney-based law firm which is consistently ranked as one of the foremost in commercial law. Their respected commercial practice is currently undergoing an expansion phase, where by they require an ambitious Senior Corporate / Commercial Lawyer to join their thriving team based in the hub of Sydney's CBD.
Excellent 'hands on' experience is needed to be successful in this role. You will be guided by a senior partner who has an extensive client base ranging from blue chip corporates, SMEs and high net worth individuals.
You will be involved in business formation, structuring, operational transactions, JVs, sale of businesses, acquisitions, mergers, advising venture capitalists as well as advising on divestments.
As an integral part of the team, you will be involved in marketing and business development. This is an ideal role for some-one wanting to take the next step in their career.
