At present, the firm's renowned Property practice is currently seeking a Commercial Property Lawyer at Senior Associate level to join their Sydney team. This a great opportunity to develop your skills under the guidance of high profile Partners.
This role will see you involved in a broad spectrum of commercial property matters across the commercial, government, industrial, agricultural, retail and residential areas. You will specifically be responsible for providing specialist advice in relation to contracts, developments, structuring, subdivision and leasing. You will also be required to supervise and mentor junior lawyers of the firms property practice.
Your 6+ years of post admission experience gained in a similar practice will secure this opportunity. You will also ideally possess excellent communication and business development skills, a strong academic record, a portable practice, as well as a proven team approach.
