This well-respected and highly regarded Sydney law firm has established a formidable presence, and is noted for providing expert advice to major players in the insurance industry for well over 40 years.
Due to the continued success and growth of the firm, our client is currently seeking to recruit a bright and ambitious Public & Products Liability Lawyer to join their successful Sydney CBD practice.
As the newest member to the firms noted insurance practice, the successful candidate will be involved in the wide array of challenging, rewarding and interesting public and product liability matters for a large clientele, including many major insurers such as CGU, QBE, NRMA and Vero. The team which you will join is made up of highly skilled, friendly and supportive professionals who have had proven experience acting on a range of public and products liability claims, ranging from
- Occupiers Liability Claims to
- Defective product actions
In order to be considered for this position, the successful candidate will ideally possess between 3 to 4 years of post qualification experience in public and product liability law, excellent communication and drafting skills, a strong academic record, solid client building and management skills, as well as a proven team and autonomous approach. Your strong passion for progressing a career in this area of insurance law will make you a stand out for this role.
