    At present, there is an excellent opportunity available for an experienced Employment Lawyer to take the next step in their legal career with a market leader!     As the newest member to the firms successful employee relations practice, the successful candidate will be working alongside a talented team of lawyers who have had proven success in advising on all legal issues that directly or indirectly relate to the employment relationship.

    In order to be considered for this excellent role, the successful candidate will ideally possess

    • Between 3 to 6 years PQE in employment law
    • Experience in advising organisations with large numbers of employees in relation to restructuring ????? ?????, enterprise bargaining, awards, workplace investigations, anti-discrimination laws, independent contractor arrangements, restraint of trade, executive employment contracts, occupational health and safety, the development of compliance policies and procedures, industrial disputes and performance management and disciplinary issues
    • Excellent academics
    • The ability to develop and maintain sound client relationships; as well as
    • Exceptional communication and drafting skills
