About the firm: Our client is an award-winning Australian law firm noted for serving a diverse portfolio of major corporate, government and emerging business clients.
About the role: At present due to the continued success of the firm, our client is seeking to recruit an ambitious Employment Lawyer to join their successful employment team based in Sydney's CBD.
Joining a group of highly regarded and talented professionals, this role will see the successful candidate involved in a broad spectrum of challenging, interesting and varied employment law matters (contentious and non-contentious) for a diverse clientele. The team which you will join has gained strong experience across all areas of employment law including: industrial relations, workplace agreements, termination of employment, employment contracts, anti-discrimination and occupational health and safety.
About you: In order to be considered for this outstanding opportunity, you will ideally possess:
- Between 3 to 4 years PQE in employment law (ideally gained from a mid-tier or top-tier firm)
- A strong academic record
- Excellent communication and drafting skills
- A proven team approach; as well as
- Client management skills
