About the role: At present, our client's renowned corporate practice is currently seeking to recruit a Junior Corporate Lawyer to join their Sydney team. This a great opportunity to develop your skills under the guidance of high profile Partners.

This role will see the successful candidate involved in a broad spectrum of work such as corporate advisory, equity capital raisings, acquisitions & disposals, financing as well as corporate reconstructions and takeovers.

About you: Our client is ideally seeking candidates who posses between 2 to 3 years PQE in corporate law, excellent communication and drafting skills, a strong academic record, the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, as well as a proven team approach.
