My client is seeking a high caliber corporate lawyer to join their growing corporate team! You will work closely with a well regarded partner who has a well established client base. There is no requirement to build a client following: there is more than enough work for the team

You will be involved in a wide range of challenging and challenging corporate matters. The team which you will join is noted for offering ????? ????? range of advice in all areas of:

• Takeovers and M&As
• Corporations Law and Listings Rules, IPO's and capital raising
• Setting up, structuring ????? ????? venture capital and private equity investments
• Corporate structure
• Advising on reorganisations in the context of financial stress, particularly work-outs, Deeds of Company Arrangement and Court Approved Schemes

In order to be considered for this exceptional partnership opportunity, the successful candidate will ideally possess between 8 to 12 years post qualification experience gained within a premier corporate practice, with experience in listings, takeovers and IPO's; excellent communication and drafting skills; strong academics; commercial nous; as well as the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
