As part of the corporate group with partners rated as industry leaders, the successful candidate will be working directly on high profile and complex matters.
As the newest member to the firms corporate team which has assisted in some of Australia's largest transactions and has provided advice on the implementation of company transforming deals, the successful candidate will be involved in a wide array of general corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, shareholders agreements, capital raisings and managed investment matters; as well as corporate governance advice.
In order to be considered for this outstanding opportunity, the successful candidate will ideally possess:
- Between 3-4 years PQE in Corporate law gained from a top tier or similar environment
- Excellent academics
- The ability to develop strong client relationships
- A proven team and autonomous approach; as well as
- Leadership attributes
