About the role: At present, our client is currently seeking to recruit an experienced Banking & Finance Lawyer to join their busy practice.
As the newest member to the firms busy Banking and Finance practice, the successful candidate will be working closely and mentored by a reputable Partner of the firm on a wide range of complex banking and finance transactions for a large blue-chip clientele. You will also be given the opportunity to take on a leadership role in the team. The team which you will join specialises in the areas of corporate finance, banking and finance litigation, mezzanine finance, project finance, structured finance, and taxation.
About you: In order to secure this excellent growth role, the successful candidate will ideally possess
- At least 5 years PQE in banking and finance law, with property and acquisition finance experience
- Commercial acumen
- Strong academics
- Effective negotiation and communication skills
- Experience in delegating work to junior lawyers; as well as
- The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
