Our client is a well established and evolving full service commercial law firm who is seeking a mid to senior level lawyer to join its growing construction practice.
As the newest member to the firms practice, the successful candidate will become part of one of the best respected construction teams in the country. You will be involved in a broad spectrum of challenging and high quality front and back-end construction matters for a varied clientele whilst working closely with the firms reputed Partners. The team which you will join specialises in the areas of:
- Commercial building
- Civil engineering
- Transport (road, rail and light rail)
- Hotel, tourism and sporting facilities
- Residential property
- Resources
- Telecommunications, and
- Water
The firm's Sydney team is experienced at bringing large, complex construction and engineering projects to fruition, safeguarding their clients' interests and helping to ensure they emerge with the commercial result they need. The firm has exceptionally strong ties to industry and works closely with many of the major players.
Our client is ideally seeking candidates who possess between 5 to 6 years PQE acting on both front and back-end construction law and a strong technical ability in advising clients on major projects. Solid academics, exceptional communication, advocacy and technical skills, as well as the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients are essential attributes for this great role.
