My client are leaders in their field who have developed their own advanced Java EE workflow system helping their major clients run their daily business to the best of their ability!

 

They are looking for a talented senior developer to join their team and hit the ground running. You will need to have a passion for coding and be willing to get your hands dirty from the first day.

 

Not only will you be involved in development but your role will also include feature design, UI usability and dealing with their high profile clients. You will get to 'wear different hats' and be exposed to all aspects of the business.

 

You will be....

 

• Leading the other, more junior developers
   
• Enhancing and maintaining the internal CMS
   
• Supporting the CMS
   
• Brainstorming new ideas for the system
  working well within the team
   
• Developing/Designing new features
   
• Gathering ????? ????? specifications both internally and externally

You will require...

 

• Strong Java skills with a minimum of 4 years experience
   
• Web development experience, ideally in JSF
   
• Enterprise Java including JMS and JBoss
   
• Exceptional communication skills
   
• Motivation to lead and mentor
