Based in Chatswood on Sydney's North Shore our client currently have an exciting opportunity available for a Lead Analyst Programmer / Senior Software Engineer to join their unique and innovative organisation.

Your role will be responsible for driving the design and development of complex web applications, analysing business process and work flow to drive new requirements, business support and support and knowledge sharing (mentoring) with other team members.

In order to be eligible for this matchless opportunity you will have:

Essential:

• Commercial software development experience (object oriented)
• Commercial web development experience (ASP.NET C# 2.0/3.5)
• Solid SQL2000/2005/2008 development skills
• Proven track record of application design experience (full SDLC experience essential)
• Experience/knowledge of working with various methodologies (Agile)
• Experience working with UML

Desirable:

• WCF
• WPF
• Development of membership management software
• Silverlight experience
