.Net Developer / Technical Lead

Circa 90-100k commensurate with experience

Key responsibilities:

• Architect, design and prototype .NET technical solutions
• Plan, execute, and deliver detailed technical implementation plan on time, on budget with good quality outcomes
• Set & control development standards & procedures
• Track, review & monitor development team productivity
• Lead, mentor, and manage developers
• Deliver project results
• Oversee product releases to Test and Production environment
• Control and govern quality outcomes

Key requirements:

• Extensive .NET development experience incorporating ASP.NET, C#, ADO.NET, XML, Web Services, JavaScript.
• Strong understanding of Object Oriented development
• Thorough understanding of SQL with SQL Server, T-SQL and Stored Procedures development experience
• Demonstrated successful people management experience
• Strong analytical skills plus excellent written, oral communication and presentation skills
• Demonstrated orientation towards using initiative, being proactive and accountable
• Building and maintaining key stakeholder relationships with a focus on communication amongst multiple teams
• Demonstrated project management experience
• Ability to work flexible hours
• Demonstrated ability to prioritise competing requirements and resolve conflicts
• Ability to set and meet deadlines and an ability to perform under pressure
• 100% commitment to external and internal customers
