C++ Developer with Java

C++ Developer with JAVA Required for a Long Term Government Contract!

The Senior Developer (C++ and Java) is responsible for undertaking the development, enhancement and maintenance of C++ and Java based applications.

Essential Skills

Significant (10+ years) development experience of medium to large applications, across a multi-platform operating environment, including:

Experience in C++ (3+ years)

Experience in Java / J2EE / Java Beans / JSP (3+ years).

Experience of the MS SQL and/or Oracle tool set.

Experience of XML.

Strong interpersonal skills, written and oral communication

Excellent knowledge of the SDLC and applications development methodologies.

Proven analytical skills, problem solving skills and attention to detail.

Experience in developing technical specifications to business requirements.

Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline and/or equivalent industry experience.
