Come and join a large Telecommunications organisation based in the heart of the Sydney CBD! This organisation is currently experiencing tremendous growth within their business and are recognised as one of the top Telco organisations in the whole Asia Pacific region. This role has been created due to growth, it will see you working on applications that support the management of the production network where you will be the mentor for junior programmers as well as the lead on projects.

As this is a Senior role, we are looking for people with a proven track record working for Telecommunications companies with J2SE on Solaris. You will have a good understanding of how a Telecommunications Network works and fits into the business, you will also be strong with the following:

• JSP, JMS, XML, XSLT, Web Services (Axis ideal)
• Oracle/MSSQL stored procedure development (PLSQL / MSSQL TS)
• Eclipse development environment
• Sound SQL (Ideally Oracle and/or MSSQL)
• Experience with ETL tools (Desirable)

On top of the above you will also have excellent communication skills as there is a lot of liaison with the business as well as coding.
