For over 25 years our client has been providing software/infrastructure solutions to industry leaders throughout Australia. An opportunity currently exists for a Senior Software Engineer (C#, ASP.Net) to join this respected organisation.

As a Senior Software Engineer you will be responsible for the analysis, design and development of .NET solutions for our existing and new clients.

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Analysis, design and development specializing in .NET technologies
• Mentoring
• Code walk-through

To be successful for this role you will have:

• Extensive experience in software engineering
• Experience in .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET)
• Bachelors degree in Software Engineering/Computer Science (or similar discipline)
• Strong OOD and OOP skills including design patterns.
• Web development skills including HTML, CSS, and Javascript
• Thorough understanding of the SDLC, QA and testing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Desirable skills required for this role include:

• Finance industry experience
• Microsoft Certifications ( MCP, MCTS, MCSD, MCPD)
• Experience with Agile software development
• GUI development experience
• Candidates must be Australian citizens and willing to work from our Sydney office.
• Salary will be negotiated commensurate with experience and qualifications
