Our client is a global leader currently undertaking a number of enterprise wide security implementation projects locally, with a strong pipeline of work projected over the next 12 months and beyond.
We are seeking an Implementation Consultant to augment the existing professional services practice of this vendor, in order to ensure successful delivery to their client portfolio. The role will initially see you work alongside a Security Architect on client sites implementing tier 1 packaged security software products and providing low level design and workflow estimation on planned projects. After learning the intricacies of the product suite it is envisaged that this role will see you work independently on engagements. This role represents a good opportunity to secure a long term contract or indeed a permanent role further down the track.
The Implementation Consultant will be responsible for:
- Delivery on implementation engagements, including advising on low level design
- Managing client expectations during ????? ?????, including troubleshooting
- Requirements gathering ????? ????? including estimated work effort
- Identifying presales opportunities within existing clients and communicating them to the organisation
- Working as part of a multi-disciplinary team
- Building of effective working relationships and partnerships
Experience Required:
- Proven background of implementing IT Security products on a number of client sites
- Strong consulting skills, including proven delivery of solutions at client sites
- Ability to lead engagements of varied size, depending on experience
- High level analysis skills and experience, design through to implementation
- Presentable and professional demeanour
- Tertiary qualification
