Chief Risk Architect - Sydney- Permanent

Leading Financial Institution based in Sydney seeks a Senior/Chief Architect for a high profile role within the organization.
The role is responsible for understanding and translating the business objectives into a future state blueprint that maps out exactly how the business case can be supported via existing, re engineered or new business processes, applications or system interfaces.
The Risk Architect role will not only focus on building new technology solutions but will also work to improve business processes around existing systems.
Role:
Leader in risk functional modeling and has the full respect of the Risk business community,
Business processes, systems functionality and architecture in the Risk area in the Bank.
Assists in the delivery of prototypes and proof of concepts to support a business case.
Economic Impact/Specific Project Support, Provide key support for the following initiatives: Review of the Credit Risk architecture, Review of the Market Risk architecture, Design of a coherent Legal & Compliance architecture,
Proven track record in establishing blueprints, data models, program roadmap/structure and supporting change programs to deliver to the roadmap.
Experience with the complete information system life cycle, Data Design experience
Ability to deal with all levels of the business, Database Design experience, Analytic / Systematic Thinking evidence and Impact & Influence track record.
