Enterprise Architect (Business Architecture)
My client, an employer of choice, is seeking a Senior Enterprise Architect (Business Architecture) to join their growing team.
It is essential that the successful candidates have a minimum of 4-5 years Enterprise Architecture experience, from a Financial Background with 10 years + experience within IT (including 2 years of Business Process Architecture). This is an exciting opportunity for this growing environment.
The role will focus on business requirements, workflow and leveraging technology to alter business processes.
Responsibilities include:
- Enterprise Architecture development
- Business Process, function and organisation design
- Working closely with process owners, business strategists and subject matter experts
- Liaise and work with other IT functional areas and keep up to date with project status
- Ability to assess near term needs
Skills to include:
- Tertiary Qualification within a relevant field
- Extensive experience within the Financial Field
- 10 years + IT experience
- Strong knowledge of change management
- Ideally Management experience in either of the following
- Developing and monitoring ????? ?????
- Program Management
- Strategic Planning
