Mac & Windows Support Officer

One of our clients is immediately seeking an experienced Windows and Mac Support Officer to join their friendly team. Working alongside other technical staff your role will involve providing technical support over the phone, remotely, hands on and face to face. You will also have the opportunity to get involved cutting edge technology as well as playing a part in various exciting projects. 
 
In order to be the successful applicant you will need to possess and be able to demonstrate the following skills and attributes: 
 

• Minimum 3 years experience providing 2nd/3rd level desktop support 
  
• Demonstrated experience supporting both Windows and Mac operating systems 
  
• Experience with Remedy call ????? ????? 
  
• Excellent interpersonal skills
