Avaya IP Telephony Systems for Voice Network Infrastructure

Our client has grown to become a major global financial institution. Today they operate in over 48 countries, servicing the financial needs of more than 9 million clients worldwide through a network of more than 1,600 offices and branches.

 

They are currently on the hunt for a Senior Communications Specialist providing voice services and support to their Australian and New Zealand offices.

 

As a Senior ITI Communications Specialist your role will be to manage and maintain the voice infrastructure of the business as well as plan and execute scheduled voice network engineering ????? ????? PABX programming, capacity planning, recommending upgrades and providing 3rd level support of systems.

 

To be considered for this role you will possess the following skills & experience:-

•  Minimum 6 + years experience supporting voice systems (preferably in a banking environment)
• Demonstrated experience and understanding of Voice Network Support and PABX admin and troubleshooting
• In depth knowledge of AVAYA Telephony systems
• Experience with voice systems including NEC key systems, managed outsourced voice systems to medium enterprise IT branch infrastructure
• Experience with Dealing Telephone Systems
• Call ????? ????? telecom billing systems experience
• Excellent problem solving skills as well as verbal and written communication skills
• Avaya Certifications (ACA/ ACE) would highly regarded
