Recent growth has led to several exciting opportunities but most urgent is the need to employ an experienced New Business Sales Executive to focus attention on high profile Tier 1 clients. Recognised for having the flexibility to provide the products and supporting services global business needs in deploying and managing the latest technology available, my client seeks a motivated individual at the top of their game to help continue a steady rise to market dominance.

Your role will focus on the acquisition of customers within the enterprise sphere across varied industries with the likely target market consisting of organisations with a large global presence. You will deal with decision makers ranging from senior IT strategists through to ‘C’ level decision makers. Your outstanding business acumen will be utilised to establish strong credibility at all levels, establishing long lasting business relationships that move with the changing needs of the customer. You will market a range of products and services relevant to the communication⁄integration arenas. The role requires a heavy hitting industry experienced professional who can expect a package consisting of:

  • Base Salary of 150k plus Super
  • Commission
  • OTE 220k-400k - uncapped

Due to the specific nature of the role, only individuals with relevant skills will be considered. You are an Australian resident with proven Australian market success. You must be able to demonstrate a solid background of high profile sales achievement with a complex solutions provider targeting multinationals and achieving sales of 15-20M dollars plus. You work comfortably with presales, commercial and engineering teams to achieve outcomes. You have a strong understanding of the solutions sales process and are well versed in enterprise selling methodologies. You strive to achieve long-term partnerships with your customers and through this relationship achieve long-term trust based affiliations. You are a hunter and are motivated by the chase and lure of financial rewards based on achievement.
