As one of the largest and most respected marketing companies, they seek a tenacious and persuasive Strategic Deployment Manager to drive the successful implementation of their long-term strategic plan.
Having previously proved yourself in a program manager or strategic project deployment capacity, you will enable the on-time delivery of the company strategy, developing closer Consumer and Franchise focussed channels and implementing a variety of projects to test the new markets, whilst simultaneously managing risk and influencing across all levels. As custodian of the strategic plan, you must possess strong marketing, governance and escalation skills and be able to hold senior management accountable to the major milestones of the plan. You will be accountable for:
??? Seamless and timely delivery of business objectives in conjunction with Heads of Sales and Marketing;
??? Demonstrated Channel Marketing Expertise
??? Chairing of management and deployment team meetings;
??? Supervising the preparation of new business operational forecasting, budgeting and reporting whilst participating in overall group business planning.
