Change Control Manager
6 month contract - view to perm
Leading financial organisation
As the Change Control Manager you will not only perform day to day change management duties but also use your exposure to Remedy to add value to large scale technology transformation project that includes a full cycle implementation of Remedy ITSM tool.
Major accountabilities:
- Review infrastructure and application changes
- Review the change record and implementation plan
- Performing/validating any business or technical assignments
- Escalating any issues to the Change Coordinator
- Represent the change management team in change meetings with internal and external service providers.
- Evaluating the impact of change
The ideal applicant will have at least 4-5 years experience as Change Manager within a financial organisation and 2-3 years experience in the operation, administration or implementation of the Remedy Change Management application. ITIL experience is preferable along with Incident or Problem Management will be highly regarded.
