IRM Business Analyst
Our large Government Agency is looking to engage 3 x Information Records Management Business Analyst's to work on an ongoing peice of project work. Purpose of Role: - To provide IRM support and advice to clients
- To provide solutions to clients, particularly using the TRIM and Documentum electronic document management systems
- To work as part of a team comprising Client Service Advisers and other IRM specialists
Accountabilities and Responsibilities: - Providing advice to managers and staff to resolve IRM related issues
- Developing and implementing project plans for IRM related issues
- Performing business analysis and other tasks to provide solutions involving document management
Knowledge and Experience - Demonstrated experience in the IRM field
- TRIM (Total Records and Information Management) Administration skills
- EDMS (Electronic Document Management System) experience
- TRIM Workflow experience (desirable)
- Experience performing business analysis, either as a member of staff or a consultant
- Project experience
- Customer service (via phone, email and USD)
- Communicate with staff at all levels of the organisation
- Time management skills
- Able to prioritise tasks
- Good with excel
