Reporting to the head of Business Solutions Consulting, you will be acting as an IT consultant to the business for all technology engagements ensuring ????? ?????.

You will have a Solutions Consultant background with sound consultative skills and strategic planning experience. The perfect candidate will be able to effectively work with both the business and technology, analysing the business, systems and project impacts for changes.

The role:
Working in the concept phase (pre business case) of an idea the solutions consultant develops high level solution designs and cost magnitudes to assist the business to make decisions early on in the lifecycle around whether to pursue the opportunity.
 
This role gives you the opportunity to shape the business through IT.

Experience 
- Solid understanding of our IT landscape and the ability to identify opportunities that IT offers the business
- Understand requirement specifications from a business and technical viewpoint
- Strong communication, consulting and client relationship skills
- Ability to observe current state processes and identify ways to improve
- Proven analytical and problem solving experience
- Strong Facilitation skills, ability to guide strategic conversations
- Proven record of being able to look outside the box and explore alternate solution options
- Innovative thinker
- Must be self directed and possess ability to work individually and in a team environment
- Highly Organised
