Senior Web Designer - Bluefin's client require an experienced Senior Web Designer to work a lead role on an exciting new project.  The position is with one of the leading retail organizations in the world and will give the opportunity to be part of a revolutionary web project.
 
You will be required to produce visual designs that deliver high quality user experiences and maximise the performance of the website in terms of quality, productivity and performance. 
 
To be suitable for the position you must have:
 
• Excellent experience in Graphic and Visual Design for the Web
• Worked on live commercial (ideally retail) websites before
• Commercial experience with HTML, xHTML, and CSS
• Have expert level skills and knowledge in Photoshop, Dreamweaver/Homesite, Illustrator.
• An in-depth understanding of other development technologies (possibly Flash or .NET etc.)
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• A thorough approach to work with attention to detail.
• Demonstrated commercial experience in leading a team of visual designers.
• A strong customer focus.
• The ability to create something special that has the 'wow' factor
 
In addition to this it would be beneficial to have:
 
• A good understanding of usage-centred design methods
• Experience of working in an Agile environment
