A support position has opened up with one of the major banks in the CBD. The role offers a variety of duties and can be used as a stepping stone into a range of career paths (ie, applications support, BA, PM, Change Management).
The position exists to support the business units in the day to day running/support of the bank's finance systems. You will work with the Systems Managers and ensure that system and operational outcomes are achieved.
Some of your duties will include:
Applications Support - Oracle Financials, MDM (Master Data Management), WEAPS
Participate in projects and BAU tasks
provide 2nd level support systems manager support for other systems (as required)
Manage key relationships with IT and business users
Manage communications with stakeholders regarding systems issues
Help ensure that business KPIs are met and understood
Assist in accuracy and effectiveness of process management documentation
Identify and implement process changes
Ideally you will have:
Worked in a similar support role previously
Good knowledge of applications such as Oracle Financials (fixed assets, accounts payable, general ledger), MDM, WEAPS.
Financial Services exposure preferred
Comfortable working with all levels of the business including key stakeholders
Excellent communication skills and presentation
At least one year experience in a Customer Service, HR or finance oriented role.
