IT Support/Helpdesk North Sydney

You will have the following skills in order to be considered:

• Excellent trouble shooting knowledge of windows based applications
• SQL server experience
• IT helpdesk and support experience for at least 3 yrs
• MS exchange/XP/windows/office trouble shooting experience
• experience in set and configuration/support
• logical and cultured approach to problem solving
• willingness to undergo training for ongoing development
