Our client is currently on the look out for a help desk analyst to join this friendly professional team. Working on the Information Services Help Desk the successful applicant will be skilled/experienced in the following:
- Windows XP/Vista
- Lotus Notes
- Microsoft Office
- Active Directory
The candidate will also have:
- excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- prior experience in a service orientated environment
- focus on business and end user requirement
This role will provide the successful candidate with the training and skills required to grow into a successful IT professional. This role will not only challenge you daily but allow you to expand your knowledge in an environment full of highly skilled professionals.
