Support Analyst - North Shore
6 - 12 Month Contract - Global Organisation
We are looking for an enthusiastic helpdesk support analyst with a real passion for IT!
If you're looking to gain further experience in support this role is for you. My client is offering an excellent opportunity to the right candidate where they are given the freedom to run their own projects and organize their schedule according to the workload.
Your role will be divided into project and BAU support for the internal users of the organisation.
Working within a small team, you will be required to wear many different hats.
This position will require strong IT Infrastructure knowledge specifically in the support and administration of the Desktop SOE, production servers, network, backup capabilities and PABX. This role will also require strong analytical, troubleshooting and documentation skills.
To be successful for this position, you must have experience working in a corporate environment supporting up to 200 users. Excellent communication skills are mandatory. You will be expected to meet deadlines, prioritise your workload and in return you will be rewarded by working for a globally recognised organisation that will open previously closed doors for you, with an attractive remuneration package and benefits.
