Help Desk Role - North West Sydney
Help Desk role Contract Opportunity - Available Immediately!! North West Sydney Our client is a global industry leader with an excellent reputation in the market pace. They currently have an opportunity available for a customer service focused Help Desk professional with a strong aptitude for learning. This role will be responsible for providing support to over 500 users in an ITIL environment. Ideal candidate will have: - One year + Help Desk experience within a corporate environment
- Strong skills and experience with Help Desk process and procedures
- Windows 2000/XP, MS Office, MS Outlook, Active Directory and Lotus Notes
- Any Oracle support experience would be a bonus!!
- Experience with call ????? ????? like Heat or Remedy
- ITIL experience and knowledge
- Superior PC and Software Troubleshooting skills
- Commitment to delivering ????? ????? Level of Customer Service
