We are seeking a professional IT support person with ideally 1-2 years experience in a maintaining a network within a corporate environment. You will need to have exceptional communication skills, a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service and the ability to diagnose hardware and software effectively. A broad knowledge of connectivity, cabling infrastructure and installation/configuration of desktop computers and printers essential. There is a strong team focus in this role and the team works to stringent service level agreements.   
Essential skills:   

  • Ability to diagnose hardware/software faults on PC & Server Equipment  
  • Experience working within an SLA environment - Experience with Remedy call ????? ?????  
  • Windows XP support experience essential  
  • Deskside (not just Helpdesk) experience supporting Office, Outlook and Active Directory admin.  
  • Experience setting up and configuring ????? ????? is a bonus!  
The team works rotating shifts between 8.00am and 6pm Monday to Friday, hence flexibility in your working hours is essential.    
An MCP qualification in windows 2000/XP is preferred.
