Level 1 Customer Support Officer

Our client is currently looking for customer service professional to join their Level 1 team. In this role you will be answering ????? ????? and Level 1 calls and log incidents. This role is critical and requires someone with strong attention to detail. Solid background in a call ????? ?????/customer service is a must. Duties and responsibilities: - Available to take calls when rostered
- Provide callers with accurate information
- Take accurate information from callers
- Committed to providing a strong customer service based focus
Skills and experience required: - Solid experience in a customer service call ????? ?????
- Experience in using call ????? ????? systems
- Proven ability to learn and adapt to new technologies
- PC knowledge including MS Windows and Novell
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Current and valid NSW Drivers License
- Accurately type at 40wpm whilst on the phone
