1st Level IT Support
Based near Greenacre in Western Sydney, we have an excellent opportunity for an IT Support professional to join an international company on an initial 3 month contract with the potential of becoming a permanent employee or a long-term contractor.
This is an ideal role for somebody with IT qualifications and at least 1 years experience in the infrastructure and operation area in a combination of the most common work station applications (Microsoft environment).
This role will support local 1st level issues, mainly working in the support process and will include responsibilities such as:
- Providing customer support
- Actioning all cases called in by the user
- Determining problems and ensuring that action is being taken
- Pursuing outstanding queries and problems in the respect of their departments
- Pursue support for defined systems and applications in cooperation with technicians and the end user
- Support applications of choice in accordance with customer demands
As the successful person grows within the role, there will be the opportunity for professional development with more complex application portfolio or become an expert in an application important for a specific customer.
This role is paying $20 p/h + super with excellent opportunities for progression.
