Business Systems Support Team Leader - Are you a high-achieving graduate who has demonstrated such drive and determination that you have risen to a leadership role over a fairly short career (ie, about 10 years) Take your career to the next level in joining this successful global brand, in a role offering long-term stability and excellent training and benefits.
Ideally you'll have proven experience in leading a team to support application systems and their business users. However, if you have around 3 years of leadership experience (small teams are fine), IT Systems experience and some Business analysis and Project Management skills, AND you are an outstanding performer, our client will train you in the rest.
As the Team Lead, you will be responsible for:
- Leading and managing a small support team for in-house business systems/applications/infrastructure such as Financial, Distribution, etc.
- Liaising with the business and providing support to users and management.
- Implementation of new systems and upgrades, including project management.
- Coordinating and performing testing on new program versions.
- Ensuring the development, maintenance of training programs including documentation.
- Conducting presentation and in-house training sessions.
- Developing and mentoring your team.
- Ensuring business continuity which may at times lead to working outside business hours.
- Assist in tracking and troubleshooting software and hardware issues to a complete resolution

It is mandatory that you have the following experience, qualities and credentials :
- At least 3 years experience in a "hands-on" role as a team leader managing a small team
- A completed University Degree (Please list full qualification details/results in your application).
- Proven experience in Business Analysis, Issue analysis and Trouble Shooting.
- Proven experience with Project Management of implementations and upgrades.
- Strong communication and people & interpersonal skills, for dealing with all levels of business.
- At least 5 year experience in the implementation and support of business software applications (such as financial, administration, inventory, distribution, business operations) and systems.
- Presentation, training and policy writing experience.
- Able to champion company policies and procedures whilst providing leadership to team.
- A stable work history with a career background (not a pattern of contract or short-term work).
- Must be professional, disciplined and well-presented with a "Can Do" attitude.
- Delivery focused and able to get the job done.
- Reliable with good organisational skills.

This position is located in the heart of Western Sydney with free parking available on-site. Some interstate/international travel may be required. The corporation offers long-term job security with $108K p.a. initial package, with a pay increase the following year.
