Technical Analyst/ Team Leader

Our client is currently looking for a an experienced Technical Analyst/Team Leader to lead and provide direction to the data collection team.  
  
Working closely with the scheduling system vendors and the delivery team you will be:  
  

• Identifying gaps between the business processes and the project requirements  
  
• Working with Technical Designers and Developers to assist in carrying out activities to address these gaps  
  
• Liaising with the software vendors to configure data extract utilities  
  
• Configuring ????? ????? extracts from the business' systems to achieve project outcomes  
  

  
Skills and experience needed:   
  

• 3 years customer facing experience liasing with software vendors  
  
• Experience in managing a small team of technical analysts  
  
• Minimum of 5 years experience in data analysis  
  
• Strong background in process mapping, scope definition, functional design, testing and user training  
  
• Technical experience in XML XSLT and Database  
  
• Experience working with diverse business user groups  
  
• Experience in supporting all facets of the software development lifecycle  
  
• Solid communication skills (written and verbal)  
  
• Demonstrated capability to meet required project timeframes  
  
• Relevant tertiary qualifications
