The successful applicant will be expected to take responsibility for the ongoing analysis of business needs and the functional implementation of the system. This will involve collaborating with the business stakeholders and users, IT and Testing specialists and external suppliers.

 Responsibilties:
  

• Analyse using Six Sigma techniques (Level 0 to 6) plus workshops and business process re-engineering ????? ????? produce quality business requirement documents with detailed environment and process flows for full front to back activities. Showing the full E2E process, systems and events for the 'As Is, Interim and To Be States'. This coverage can be for Front Office, Operations or Finance depending on the Project Plan deliverables.

  Work closely and support the Business and System Architects and Project Managers to ensure the FX Replacement Programme is on target and meeting key TOR deliverables.  
  
• Improve business processes to meet the needs of the global business in 'To Be' state.
    
  
• Redesign existing processes to reflect a move to a consolidated system and reconcile back to 'As Is' processes, systems and controls to ensure nothing slips through the gaps.
    
  
• Collaborate with business users, technology groups and suppliers to review, analyse and implement business requirements
    
  
• Develop detailed Business Process, Data and System Functional/Non Functional Specifications that will drive the desired outcome of business process and system enhancement/ development activities.  
  
• Support testing and design relevant and detailed test cases based on functional specifications previously written and signed off. Provide training, implementation and guidance to ensure the delivery of the overall business and technology solutions  
  

Experience required:

- Experience as a Migration Business Analyst in a major end-to-end Business Process  
- Re-Engineering ????? ????? Transformation Initiative +5 years experience in System Functional/Non Functional, Analysis  
- A sound understanding and experience with Financial Markets, ideally in FX both cash and derivatives  
- Previous experience with Calypso preferred 
- Use of Process Mapping Tools (Aris or other ) , Excel, Power Point, Advanced Word, Microsoft Project, Visio
