Business Analyst

 

A requirement has arisen for a Business Analyst to join our well known branded client based based in Epping.    
This is a non-supervisory position and the successfull candidate will ideally have come from an FMCG or manufacturing ????? ????? a B2B Business Analyst role.  The position itself is charged with performing business analysis tasks as well as the development of new and improved business system processes with the focus of this role being on the implementation of a new invoicing EDI system and therefore experience in this area is a MUST.
 
Responsibilities include:
 

• Identify opportunities for implementing technology solutions to deliver strong benefits to the business; assist with business process reengineering ????? ?????. 


• Work with the business to define projects; development of business cases and requirement analysis.


•  Manage cross-functional teams to lead projects; involving all aspects of project management including development of project plans, resource planning, status reports, engaging project sponsor, ensuring ????? ????? met, managing project budget, managing user expectations, user training and system training.


• Manage relationships with third party software suppliers; conduct regular SLA review meetings and develop recommendations for system enhancements that deliver value to the business.


• Analyse and document project benefit realisation studies for completed projects; assist business benefit owners to measure outcomes against project goals.


• Ad hoc support for existing and future local applications and work with other IT regions to facilitate SAP enhancements.

To be considered for this role you will require:
 
At least 4 years experience as a Business Analyst
 

• Experience on working with EDI projects


• B2B experince as a Business Analyst


• Experience as working as a Business Analyst in an FMCG or manufacturing ????? ?????.


• Project Management experience


• Experience working on SAP projects or within an SAP environment


• Strong initiative to contribute to strategic direction


• Rigorous approach and analysis and decision making skills


• Experience in using project based methodologies

Please note that this is not a Senior BA role and will be paying market rates in line with skills and experince.  Although an initial 3 month contract, there is a strong likelyhood for extension for the right candidate as well as the opportunity to be made permanent.
