Dealing with Australia's largest banks, mutuals and insurance companies, the Deposit Takers & Insurers team handles issues that affect all Australians.

As a member of this specialist team, you will be exposed to a diverse range of high profile matters and will promote and ensure compliance nationally.

If you have strong report writing skills and a background in compliance or policy analysis gained within a corporate, government or non-government environment, this role presents you with the opportunity to:

• Participate in multi-skilled project teams conducting surveillances, and similar compliance based activities.
• Assist with the analysis and resolution of marketplace problems relating to deposit takers and insurers.
• Assist with policy reviews and the implementation of future policy directions and reforms for the regulation of deposit takers and insurers.
• Assist in the preparation of reports, papers and submissions to the Commission, responses to Government and correspondence to other peak bodies on a broad range of strategic legal, policy and technical issues involving the interpretation and implementation of laws administered by ASIC.
