Insurance Administrator - $48-55K + Super

Working in a team environment where knowledge is shared, your daily duties will include:
 

• Handling inbound phone calls from new and existing advisers and clients for Group Insurance  
  
• Assessing members eligibility  
  
• Followup on outstanding medical reports  
  
• Providing exceptional customer service  
  
• Internal transfers, cancelling members insurance and refunding premiums  
  
• End to end administration for Insurance products  
  
• Process improvements and quiclity checking  
  
• Delivering ????? ????? to customers  
  
• Resolution of any issues  
  

  
To be successful in this role you will:

• Have Group Life and Corporate Superannuation experience  
  
• Have ASFA 100 Certificate in Superannuation/Insurance   
  
• Have strong written and verbal English communication skills  
  
• Have previous experience within a Super and/or Insurance customer service/administration role  
  
• Be professional and a team player who is self managed and is continaully looking for process improvements  
  
• Be computer literate  
  

  
Superannuation/Insurance legislation testing will form a part of the assessment process.
